When it comes to customer service, Crowley can’t be beat. Kirk Shea gets an A+ for taking care of our post-purchase questions. We are repeat customers and it’s primarily because of the service and long term employees like Kirk.You won’t find that anywhere else.
I had great customer service on the phone. I sent two emails requesting information on a bed I eas interested in purchasing. Each time I received a phone call within 10 minutes to answer my questions. However, I visited both the Lee's Summit store and the Liberty store and was not offered any assistance at either. I am not terribly oddended because for whatever reason I am "invisable" in public....I am used to it! BUT, I really appreciate goid customer service and feel that I was not let down.
