Candice Tucker was absolutely amazing! I really had no idea what style I was looking for, but she took the time to discover what I ultimately would be happiest with. She explained what fabrics would be the most durable, and how to find the perfect recliner for my body. She was very patient, so I never felt rushed or pushed to buy. Teresa was very helpful in explaining the fabrics and showing me options. I just feel more comfortable going to Crowley vs. any other store. Like the special one on one attention and expertise.

Our visit & purchase went wonderful. Teresa was very knowledgeable, & extremely patient while we tried out each of the lift chairs (even though we came in near the end of the business day on a Friday). Delivery scheduling was very accomodating, & we were actually able to receive our chair a day early.... which was much appreciated since our old lift chair finally bit the dust. Physical delivery was made without a hitch. All in all, a very successful Team win!
