The experience was great! I had my 3 year old son, 2month old daughter and my 12 year old brother with me, so I was pretty worried about going in. A worker named John was very nice and patient with me while I had to deal with my kids. John did a great job with explaining things and answering all of my questions. Everything was great. A little disappointed that the couch wasn't available for 2 months, but understood.
Our sales person was really knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She was not pushy at all which we really appreciated. We were in the store several months before looking at furniture and she waited on us then so we definitely were looking to her when we were ready to purchase.
We were greeted right away by friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. Very nice shopping experience.
