My delivery was running late due to a problem with one of the earlier deliveries from the truck. Another driver in another truck was able to pick my furniture up and deliver it without too much delay. I appreciated that, since I was running late for an appointment. Good job! I'm also quite pleased with the furniture I bought - looks great and good quality.
We stopped by the store just to look and ended up buying a couch and loveseat. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable, not intrusive, but helpful when we had questions. We are glad we stopped to look, and will return when we need to look again. Thanks, Crowley!!
Great this the second thing have purchased in the past 6 months. My customer service was great. Candice Tucker was the sales associate that helped me both times. Great customer service . I chair and ottoman have not arrived yet. I am looking forward to my new furnitue. Candice deserves a raise she is wonderful to work with.
The service I received from Teresa was wonderful. I went in to get a dining room table and chairs; I left with those and a sofa table and bed. No pressure, just great ideas. I highly recommend Crowley's Furniture and will definitely shop there again.
Made a few visits to Crowley Furniture as we narrowed our furniture choices. The sales team is extremely friendly and helpful, without being "pushy". I took their recommendation for the store designer to come to my home and help me chose fabric for the furniture. I highly recommend. Very pleasant, efficient, and makes the decision process so much easier, and done with confidence. I can not wait to receive the new furniture.. and then on to the next room!
