The selection of accent chairs was large - I was easily able to find several options in different styles and sizes that suited my needs. The available fabric selection was large which enabled me to compliment existing furniture. Overall, I'm very pleased and can't wait to see the results.
We have been shopping around for our master bedroom set. When we showed up at Crowley we were helped immediately, felt informed and got great quality items. We will definitely be back! Thank you to Brian!!

Crowley sold us a floor model console we spent full price on it it showed up to our house with a tear in it we had paid for a 4 year warranty they first accused us of knowing the tear was there and then said if it was before it got into the house they won't cover it. The delivery people were terrible and didn't want to listen when I was trying to tell them the easiest way to bring things in the house only to end up doing it like I had said initially and the furniture pick up we had said we wanted they didn't put on the ticke... read more
We've shopped for furniture at Crowley's and have generally been satisfied with the quality and customer service. Seven months ago, we purchased a recliner sectional and have been very unhappy with it. The material is starting to pill, the frame creaks when sitting down or standing up, and it's plain uncomfortable to sit in for long. The quality we're used to seems to have gone downhill to such an extent that we've talked about trashing this less-than-a-year-old piece and purchasing something different.

I purchased a recliner and was pressured to buy $10 Gold Complete Coverage. Turns out a year latter it is far from complete. What a stupid person I am to believe Crowley. They forced me to buy the warranty out of fear of not protecting a $1000 recliner. Don't pay more for local merchandise when you can get it cheaper from the big retailers. But most of all don't buy warranties' that make the sellers LOTS of money.

I never write reviews but I am today as my husband and I are very disappointed after getting a quote on a sectional and going back with the intent to buy it. We called ahead to make sure the sales man was there to give him our business, he was then the sales man came back to tell us he gave us a quote for a cloth sectional not the leather sectional we wanted to buy.
