I think there should be more of an option to finance then Wells Fargo don’t think to highly of them
Troy was very professional, and a great help in explaining the different sofa manufactures and the features of each. Wasn't pushy like the place up north. Liked the selection of fabrics. Also, placing the order was very well done so there would be no misunderstandings. Looking forward to the sofa and chair. I liked the web site, cut down on wandering around the store, had a good idea of what I wanted. Any way great job Troy. I guess it's called a sofa, not a couch or davenport anymore, that would be showing my age.
They had what I wanted, but I wanted it within a week as they don't keep stock close by. So now I have to wait two months for my furniture. Instead of having several stores all around town, why not have a warehouse whereby what you have on the floor is available for immediate purchase/delivery. Custom orders should only be the exception.
Remove discontinued fabric options. Majority of the ones that I liked had been discontinued.
