I received great customer service. All my questions were answered. They explained everything in detail. Amber was very pleasant and helpful through the process.
Said nothing was wrong with the tires, took it somewhere else the next day and they found the issue! Very disappointing knowing I started at a dealership of my vehicle
Oil was left standing in a pool on parts of my engine and spilled onto the side hood. My washer fluid was not filled almost empty and I specifically asked if this was done. I have pictured a video of the poor attention to detail and doing a job

Long story short, back and forth over infotainment screen/ camera replacement. 3 trips to dealer. 1 st to diagnose issue. 2nd to replace unit but ordered wrong size. 3rd to install correct size but not all parts arrived though called to say pay arrived and appt made. Then issue developed between Nissan and dealer over warranty coverage. Dealer told Nissan issue was internal, not caused by owner. I called to receive a quote on a tuneup. They asked if they could return my call once a price quoted it waited all day received no callback no price quote.

Bought a car 5 months later they want a third of the price the first mechanic was straight up ride. During 1 repair the master mechanic was supposed to check every thing over and within a month it was back in the shop. Lots of struggle and frustration and was taken advantage of. Hope your company is proud that you took advantage of a single mom who is a teacher in Decatur

If I could give them a zero I would. The service department sucks. They are very good at conning you into replacing parts that are good. Lie lie lie.
