I have made 2 visits for the exact same thing, but it still has not been fixed. I now have to bring my car back for a 3rd time and pay for a 3rd fee to have my car checked out. It is not easy for me to have to keep bringing my car in, arranging for rides, and scheduling around my work schedule. I asked the service department to look at my previous work ticket, and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.
I bought a 2025 Frontier about a week and a half ago. It’s been wi tbh the dealer for service for all of that, minus about sixty hours where it’s been in my possession. The first issue was on leaving the dealership, wherein there was a loud buzz, like a kazoo. It ended up being a windshield gasket. 4 lugs on two tires were not tightened. We were able to hand tighten them. Had to take them back and redone. Not good!
Did not feel comfortable with the mechanic who looked at our vehicle, the repairs were made then more repairs were needed after that just a day after bringing it home from the service center. I was given a vehicle report that told me that the car needed an engine flush , not an oil change but an engine flush.....
Had appointment setup to get new key only for them not to have one when I got there for my SCHEDULED appointment and have not heard a update yet

I was very disappointed to find out about the on going issues with the CVT system. It will be difficult to continue purchasing Nissan products unless this issue has a long term solution. Every time I now drive the Murano I worry if this is the day the transmission goes out.
Lots of questions regarding the repairs done and the repairs still needed. We were not comfortable with the explanation by the mechanic Steve , and discussing the issues with him ,he took my questioning personal and left me with more questions than understanding.
