4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Approximately $4,000 was spent on my car to eliminate sscratches etc. However, one 1/2 inch scratch was not taken care of because it was not listed in the work order. Since they went over almost all aspects of the car why wasn't this scratch taken care of?
