Really great customer service and my car feels great. They tried to sell a couple extra services that my car manual didn’t say were needed at that point, so make sure you know what services you need so you don’t end up going with all that they offer.
The dealership is clean, well spaced out, observing social distancing rules, and full of friendly and helpful staff. My car got in and back out in in 90 minutes. FAST! I was even provided a Lyft at the dealerships expense. Nice!
The experience was great. I signed up for service in the morning and it was finished within a few hours, followed by a car wash. Thanks for being fast!

I had an unexpected and potentially catastrophic issue pop up with my car recently. Culver City Mazda worked with my insurance company to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. They were a lifesaver.
I find Culver City Mazda a well-run operation, and am amazed at how organized the circulation through a site with such limited space is managed so smoothly. I find the staff very kind and very friendly. The purchase of the vehicle was handled quickly and efficiently.
