I’m glad I went to Culver City Mazda. The whole experience is on a different level. From the beginning of the purchasing process until you leave with your new car or even after that, customer service is 1A! Mike was so helpful, kind and provided all the help I needed, as well as Flo and the mister who shows you all the car features before you leave (sorry I forgot his name). Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I have not had another person inside my car who was not family until yesterday, when I brought in my Mazda 3 for service. The light had been on for months; but when I arrived I saw the safety protocols in place and my fears were calmed. George and his team serviced my car and reported the status of tires and brakes for the future. Thank you.

I inquired about the Mazda MX-5 Miata 100th Anniversary on 12/31/20. Dan Berning reached out via email on the same day. I received multiple quotes, phone calls, even a personalized video message from others. The email only approach was welcoming. I replied saying I'd reach out again in January.
