Good service, great price, nice people. Although the waiting was longer than anticipated, the result was worth the wait. Everyone with whom I came in contact, including the valet, the receptionist and the sales and finance folks, was friendly, helpful and treated me as a valued customer. The car is fabulous.

Excellent service! My first oil change service was a great experience at Mazda Culver City. I bought my CX-5 there in March(which I love). Lawrence took great care of me. Got me out early. Washed the car! Very nice:) highly recommended!
Great customer service From the moment I drove into the service department, I was well taken care of. My service agent was Amy and she was very thorough in her explanations of what they were going to do to service my vehicle. After walking around the car to note any surface scratches or dents, she took me to the reception area where the receptionist called for a Lyft to take me home.
