Efficient and friendly. I used to go to firestone and other shops instead of going to the dealer. But the experience in Culver City Mazda has changed my mind. Great experience! The open recall service here in the center was extremely smooth and great, I got my car done and rested in the nice space in the center, and George was really helpful and funny! It is like a family center where you comfortably ask what you don’t know and get answers!
Always Very helpful! This place is always busy, but the team is great at getting you in quickly. The Lyft service is great. I had the choice to wait in the lobby or go home. George is awesome. He’s so easy-going and takes care of everything you need.
