An Easy Experience Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful when I showed up to take a look at the available inventory this past weekend. I called in advance - made appointment. They took my car immediately and was returned as promised. Service Representative that took my request for service was Knowledged, efficient and to the point. I was invited to enjoy coffee, fruit etc in waitng area. After service she reviewed check list andx advised me all was well. Treated well Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The price was good with minimal haggling. They answered all questions patiently. Especially liked their thoroughness and knowledge of cell phone connection and how it works . Like magic.

Car buying made easy We recently purchased a car from Culver City Mazda dealing with Michael Shaya -- he was very professional, courteous and low-key, totally the opposite of the stereotypical high-pressure car salesman, which was very much appreciated by our family. Not your usual icky dealership experience Our experience buying from Culver City was great! Everyone was friendly and efficient. Definitely not the usual car sales pitch, a welcome change for sure. Roman and Benny were great!
They made a stressful decision very comfortable! I had reduced by choice of SUV's to three (Honda, Toyota, Mazda) and Jeff helped me decide on the CX-5. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and his upbeat personality made the experience fun. Sales Manager Ben made the actual purchase professional with no stress. He was extremely accommodating and gave me the impression that my satisfaction was important. Finance Manager Will was extremely helpful.
Everyone was really friendly and professional. Great people working there, very friendly and professional and helpful. Fast service they took their time to explain everything for me. Would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
Overall Pleasant Experience Roger Findley and Manny Reyes who helped me in the Service and Parts Departments, respectively, we're great! I did take one star off (I could have it would only be 1/2 of a star) because the porters took a very long time (35 minutes) to bring me my car once it was called for by the cashier, who was also very nice.
