Great New Car Buying Experience Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got an amazing deal and was taken care of like I was family. I would recommend this dealer to anybody looking to buy a new or even used car.
Great service, just like always. There is a Mazda dealer closer to my house . But I purposely drive the extra miles to Culver City Mazda to take my car in for service. I am treated like a VIP, the staff is great- especially Lance, the donuts are delicious, and the service gets done in little more than an hour. I go across the street to have lunch and I am kept up to date via text or phone call on when my car will be ready. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great staff Very friendly staff and knowledgeable staff. I came into the dealership just to look and and at no point did I feel pressured into buying a car. Siya answered all my questions and I eventually went back to purchase my vehicle from him. Thank you!!

Routine service Brought a computer to do work. They have coffee, hot choco, and donuts. Great centralized location too. Lance was great to talk to. Can't comment on price but this time it didn't break the bank....maybe next time it will?
Quick, efficient, good Lance, a customer care expert, was the day's savior. I called in to report a battery issue and he had me drive in without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. He asked if I'm fine with leaving my car with the dealer for a few hours as they were backed up with other jobs and of course I went along as I was grateful to have had a slot right away. Very helpful Quickly serviced my car and provided me with Lyft rides to and from the dealership. Was very friendly and the receptionist was also very helpful.
Prompt, and Helpful George and team went above and beyond to help me pickup my car after service hours. I really appreciate the team help.
