I always get my car serviced at the Culver City Mazda, and they are great! Very transparent about their recommendations and what is needed during each service. Ian A. is a fantastic service advisor and kept me up to date on everything via text and was quick to respond to any of my questions. I also love that they have a free Lyft service that makes it convenient to go about your day instead of having to wait at the dealership til your car is done.
Miguel has been a consistently customer focused service rep since he started. He ups the level of service from Mazda that easily competes with the service I received from BMW back in the day. Culver City Mazda’s service center is World Class.
