Test drove, talked numbers, and signed/bought a new car in a combined 30 minutes. Bryant rode with me during my drive and was empathic, calm and straightforward. He also delivered the purchased car to my home and helped me sign the forms in my own space. Tony and Arlene were equally pleasant and helped me with the more administrative end of the process, which, as a whole, was the pleasant and easy deal I needed in the aftermath of a stressful accident.
Miguel went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my Android system, though ultimately it appeared to be a software issue that remains unresolved. Otherwise, my routine service was as expected. The video was helpful, and Miguel responded to my questions with advice that helped me to prioritize the services that were recommended. Great service - easy execution. Followed my instructions to not try to sell me crap through the finance guy (no one needs paint protection). Lacked the overall stench of slime that is usually pervasive in the car sales world.
