I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership a week ago and Erick was very helpful. After searching for about a month, this was my last stop and I am glad I went here. Whenever I take my car to Culver City Mazda, I always make sure to make an appointment with Steve. A week or so prior to this appointment, I brought my car in, as it seemed like something I drove over may have damaged the undercarriage of my car. I brought my car in because the battery died. CC Mazda took great care of me. They sent a video (which was brilliant) of my vehicle during its inspection and also highlighted the issues that needed/recommended to be fixed. They were very communicative and I had my battery changed and my CarPlay software update. Very Happy and completely satisfied with the service
My Experience with them was fantastic. Kylon was the Salesperson assisting me throughout the process. He kept me up to date with what cars were available and made sure I got the exact one I wanted even during the current car shortage. All paperwork was explained to be clearly and efficiently by Roman. I forgot the second key to the car I was trading in and he created me a fedex envelope so that I could simply ship it back to them instead of driving all the way back from the valley.
