I brought my car in for a recall. I have previously been to Galpin Mazda and I will never return there. But the people at Culver City Mazda were great. Richard was my point of contact and he was super.
Everyone was very helpful and nice. I knew exactly what they were doing to the car and no pressure to do anything extra.

Richard and the rest of the service team were extrememly helpful in addressing several issues that my vehicle is having, while completing my normal service appointment. The communication was thorough, easy to understand, and friendly and I'm grateful for all of the notes that they gave me, and for the video that they sent along as well that points out all of the areas of concern.

The service team is awesome! !! They always take excellent care of me and my car. From the valet, receptionist and to the advisors, they are all very attentive.
Steve from the customer service department was great, he went above and beyond to help me get a tire replaced, which was covered by a third party that was very hard to work with. The location is great also, there are coffee shops and food at walking distance.
Friendly, provide ride back home and to the dealer. But now they suggested to change items to the car that just on the preview visit when it still cover by the manufacture warranty were fine. But now it seem like there are few thing that need to be replace.
It was fast and efficient service. This is the number 1 mazada in California. Thank you
