"Awesome service and experience as always" Friendly, fast, and professional has been my only experience with the amazing staff and crew at Culver City Volvo Cars. "Fast, efficient and helpful" Tony was professional, fast and very helpful in getting my new leased Volvo S60. I've been driving Volvos for several years and Tony has always been my go to sales rep.
"Culver City Volvo takes care of their customers & the cars" Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My service rep explained how long it would take & that CCV would provide me with coffee, doughnuts AND way to get home. They also arranged a Lyft for me to return to pick up my car. "Bought 2 cars from this dealer in a 4 month span." Bought an awesome CX-5 Sport then got side swiped 4 months later and totaled it so I came back to get another. The experience was so solid each time. Patient and professional. Never got the hard sell as my wife upgraded us to the top of the line 2019 CX-5.
"Very good and professional service " Very good and professional Service. Martin was extremely kind and helpful. The only thing that keeps me from scoring an excellent was that, after dropping my car, I waited 15 minutes for someone from Hertz to help me with a rental. Nobody appeared, so I had to take an Uber.
