"Culver City Volvo takes care of their customers & the cars" Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My service rep explained how long it would take & that CCV would provide me with coffee, doughnuts AND way to get home. They also arranged a Lyft for me to return to pick up my car.
