"Warranty and brake job" I came in to Mazda for a warranty claim and ended up getting my rear brakes done. Steven was helpful and direct and I didn't feel pressured to get things fixed that did not need to be done right away. The Lyft service is also a really nice touch and everything went very smoothly.

"Good Service" I found Culver City Volvo to be more honest and upfront with me than my previous dealer. They were clear and worked with me to ensure that all items needing service were included and completed in a timely manner. Additionally, when I had a coupon for a loaner but they were out, they promptly made sure that I had a rental that was taken care of by the dealership. Additionally, I received a detailed email regarding the service that was needed along with explanations.
"lug nut replacement" I was greeted by Martin in service, Martin always provides outstanding customer service, took care of me away, answered all service related questions, sent a courtesy email while i was waiting to let know if i needed anything to respond to the email or call, all work was completed to my satisfaction, always a Culver City Customer, my third Vehicle i've purchased.
