"Maintenance " Everything was a pleasure! From the complimentary Lyft drive to the car wash - I was impressed. Also, my car was ready in three hours. Best experience with a dealership I’ve had in years.
"Quick and Smooth Purchase" The overall buying process was quick and smooth. I learned a lot of details of the car from the salesperson. They know their product very well. I also got help when filling out the auto insurance. It took me a while to get used to driving Volvo, which is quite different from those Japanese cars. Now I really enjoy it.
"I came in for a nail in r/r tire " Martin took me right away, let me know no puncture, but 3% on front brakes advised service, advised it would be performed right away, I let him to of a squeal in the rear brakes, all corrected and replaced correctly, Martin is such a pleasure to work with always a smile always very informative. Martin always keeps me updated on service status. Outstanding service advisor.
"Car Maintenance " Hector at Culver City Volvo did a fantastic job as always servicing my car on schedule. Hector was very helpful and arranged transportation for me with a rental car at no cost. Hector followed up with me with a recommendation that the timing belt was due for replacement. I authorized the repair and Culver City Volvo did an excellent job with the repair and my car is driving smoothly.
"Local" This is the only local Volvo within city limits. Santa Monica is out of the way and not so friendly. Damian was a pleasure. The only issue I always have is with the quality of the wash given to my car that completes the service. There are always water marks and lent from the towel used to dry my car.
"Great service" The guys at the dealership were so great, and fast. I was expecting a 3 hour wait and they finished it in one! Were very kind and took excellent care of my car.
"Great customer service!!!" The person who wrote up my service order was very professional. He let me know how long the appointment would take, and gave me an update when they found a nail in my tire. He also congratulated me on having purchased the tire protection plan. And all in all, he made my service appointment quite enjoyable. This was truly an outstanding customer service experience.
