Everyone I dealt with was great! Mark Benson, the salesman, made me feel as though my needs were the priority not his need to complete a sale. He took a lot of time answering questions as well as detailing the differences between all of the purchase options, which made it easy for me to decide what worked best for me. Another great experience. Honestly, I may be due for another Volvo. Josh took such good care of my car. I also love the video disclosure of what they found under my car (nothing too serious, a leak). It definitely builds confidence. And I think, as a woman, especially, I feel secure in their advice. No upselling. Just good solid customer service.
One of the worst experiences. Let's talk facts. Had a Volvo still under warranty, and my wife wanted to check it before expiry. They sold me a brake line flush, and in that service, they cut the brake lines in the middle of the car underneath and connected them back with connectors. Of course, there was brake fluid leaking and bad quality brakes. Changed the car, had another Volvo still under warranty, and got a dash light. I contacted the dealership regarding a specific car. It seemed like a great deal. We agreed on a price over the phone and I informed them it would take over 4 hours to get there via train and metro. While on the train, I was messaged that the vehicle had “wear and tear”. It was a used car and I have two kids so I told them normal wear and tear is fine.
