I was buying a Mazda so I don't know about the Volvo side. I dealt with Siya, Michael, Leigh, and Benny. I had done my research so it was only a matter of finding the exact car in the area and having it delivered. Of course that was after some negotiating on price and options, but that's part of the fun. Very helpful and communicative staff, and I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new black CX-5 AWD GT.
