Jen is always pleasant and very knowledgeable. She answers any and all concerns you may have. Always punctual - never makes you feel like she’s in a hurry to get to the next patient! Absolutely would recommend her to anyone who is just beginning their journey of hearing loss- she explains everything so that you are better able to make the right decisions for what’s best for you.
Dr. Stonebraker was very helpful and informative in helping me make decisions concerning hearing aids.
