Super service without added costs. Pleasant employees, no pushy sales, performed checks at no extra cost. The final bill was actually lower than quoted. In other dealerships I've had the experience of "bogus charges, attempted upsell, and blatant lying". This was not the case here, I was impressed to say the least, I will definitely go back for service again.
Recall Maintenance Called and they got me in right away. Had the work done quickly and no problems. Great experience for the first time dealing with Cunningham in Edinboro! Will be sure to use them again!
Overall good service from Cunningham. Went for oil change, cabin air filter and state inspection/emmisions. Offered a loaner so I didn't have to wait, service was done in a timely manner, and no major issues. The mechanic did not change oil life sticker, nor did he reset oil life indicator in the onboard computer, but only minor issues.
Buying accessories and service work Service work on window clips. Waited About 1 and half hrs. Not bad wait. Good so far. Jim Colburn excellent help getting replacement parts, accessories and priced.well.
Got the job done but no communication I understand why it took a while to get the job done because our Jeep is a 2019 and the engine is new so it was hard to understand. However, the service manager never communicated with us along the way (it took a week to correct). I had to call him when I wanted an update.
Were very good about getting me into a newer nice reliable a They are friendly and professional, very helpful in getting me the right vehicle for me and my budget. I will do future business there! Can't wait to get another one!
Great service I had excellent service with all the the sales people. Had a great sales representative Jim Boland who was watching the inventory you stay in my budget that I had to work with.
