Was good once all the issues about scheduling fixed Had a few issues getting scheduled. Dropped off van and wasn’t told machine was down to fix. Had to drop it off twice just to get it in. Service was good and given a loaner car to make up for all the inconvenience

Good manager, slow technician Went in for inspection, tire balance and rotation. Arrived just prior to 2:00 appt. Error was made regarding requested service, but was immediately rectified by service desk manager. Overall, I feel like the technician moved at a snails pace. Thie service call took 3 hours, and the tire balancing could not even be performed due to an issue with one of my tires. Overall all turned out well. Truck purchase My recent truck purchase went fairly smooth. I only wish the deal could have been made faster. I think dealerships should change the way they sell cars. To much back and forth with the middle man. I would love it if I was dealing with just one salesman and let’s get the deal done.
