It's important to understand all the fees and expectations before moving into the facility, and families need to be strong advocates for their loved ones. I had a rent issue, which I believe has now been resolved. I also recently had my first meeting with the medical staff about my dad's behavior, but I feel they should have initiated that conversation rather than me having to request it. Everyone I've met has been nice, friendly, and accommodating, and the staff are very engaging with the residents, which is encouraging to ... read more

As any family member, I never thought I would have to put my mom into a facility, but 3years ago I did and so happy that I chose Brandywine Living. And I looked at alot of places. The rooms are nice & spacious, & she has her own private bathroom. My mom has Alzheimer, and the staff is wonderful with her, and not just the nurses or the aides, but all of them. I don't care what department they are from, they take the time to talk with her. And during this pandemic, it means alot to know is she is being well cared for. And I ge... read more

First, you need to see this facility. They did a major renovation and it looks so different. It has been modernized and looks amazing. My Mom has been at Brandywine for a few years. It is a tough decision to make when your loved one needs more care than what you can give. The apartments are roomy. The food is wonderful. There are so many activities that one will never get bored. My Mom is now on the Reflections-Memory Care Unit. The care and support that she receives is amazing. She is well cared for. The staff is so genuine... read more

My loving, charismatic grandpop has always had a larger than life personality. My grandmom always had a way of grounding him and caring for him, most times better than he for himself! When we lost our beloved grandmom, we knew it was only a matter of time before the daily tasks of living in his house, on his own, would become too much for him to handle. It was extremely emotional making the decision to sell his home and move my grandpop into Senior Suites. We were worried about his adjustment initially, however my family ha... read more

My brother has been at Brandywine Senior Suites for almost three years and the staff has become family to both of us. I am so pleased with the personal, courteous and compassionate care he is receiving. They are always ready to help out in any way that is needed. Thank you so very much!

My mother-in-law was a resident of Brandywine in E. Norriton. Sadly she recently passed away. I cannot say praise the staff of Brandywine enough not only how they cared for her but they helped our family during the time she was in hospice care. They went above and beyond caring for everyone with great compassion.

My Father has been a resident for over two years. The staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The living areas are well maintained and they update the aesthetics frequently. The activities are engaging and my father truly enjoys them. They frequently have special activities that involve the whole family. I live out of town and would like him to more closer to me, but he chooses to stay as he has many friends and feels at home here.

It is not easy helping to make decisions for your aging parents. Our family had toured Branywine Assisted Living a year earlier but my parents were not quite ready to give up the house yet. When health and safety became the primary issues it was time. The staff at Brandywine had remembered us from our previous tour. They were here for us! You walked in the front door and it felt like Home! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Staff is cheerful and everbody knows your name. Nursing care is available 24 hours a day. Help w... read more
