Within the five months that my aunt stayed at Brandywine on the third floor, she was not consistently showered, (three weeks went by in the month of August, with no showers!). The staff did not help her get dressed, and on days that her legs were swollen, she was also not checked on consistently! She wore the same clothes day after day! I know this for a fact, because I did her wash, also washed her face when I visited , and also helped her change her pads and clothing.
