The prices listed on the furniture. They were all incorrect and we had to ask multiple times for the actual price. Other than that everything else was great and we'll hopefully be back very soon for our dining room set.

I would say keep doing what you are doing. Getting prices and availability prior to getting in the store saved a lot of time as I was able to make a decision right away. Delivery was fast also.
