RecommendedThe remote control for the lift chair dad is using went bad. We noticed the wires were pulled/stretched at the base of the remote. I called the store in Streator and they were very pleasant. While they weren't able to resolve the issue, they advised me to take specific photos of the chair and send those pictures to the support staff on Messenger. Had to go back and found a different couch that was in stock, similar and it fit. They fought the extra mile to help us out and had a happy face every time.
