RecommendedThe remote control for the lift chair dad is using went bad. We noticed the wires were pulled/stretched at the base of the remote. I called the store in Streator and they were very pleasant. While they weren't able to resolve the issue, they advised me to take specific photos of the chair and send those pictures to the support staff on Messenger. Had to go back and found a different couch that was in stock, similar and it fit. They fought the extra mile to help us out and had a happy face every time. RecommendedDerek and Keyon delivered our three piece sectional couch. Before they even arrived they made sure to call to notify me that there was a delay and then called again to say they were 20 minutes away. The communication was very much appreciated. They took their time to install and made sure that we knew how to assemble and arrange the couch. They were both very polite and professional! Amazing job!
