Is it common practice to belittle your customers in their home? That's what just happened to my wife when we had part of our $4,000 furniture order delivered today. We had a payment agreement set up to pay for the items that we're delivered today and pay for the rest of the order when it came in. Not only did they not honor that agreement but the person she talked to from Curly's was extremely rude. Said if we can't afford our furniture they'd take it back and charge us a delivery fee anyways. We can afford it, we just thoug... read more

Hey Ben, we did collect what was delivered today. We do still owe you 5 more chairs. Our team did not collect that amount. Your wife asked for us to take the furniture back and redeliver it when it was all in. We are not able to do that due to another delivery fee would be charge and she choose not to do that option. My wife and I had stopped in at the warehouse there in Streator as we entered there was no one on the stoor. as we walked around this lady came out of the bathroom.. her name was Katie. as she came out of the bathroom she was sniffing like she had nose problems.. but as I started to pay more attention to her as she talked she was really jittery and nervous. as I payed a little more attention to her I could see nothing but white stuff in her nose around her nostril. We placed an order August 12 2021 and from that moment on there was nothing but excuses on delivery dates. When I wanted my money back and cancelation they said they charge a cancellation fee on something they have No idea when it will arrive. When Jerry got in contact with me of course he can get me a few pieces from that set but for example the bed I wanted was not available so agreed to the one he had available and he refunded the difference. What an absolute joke. Where shall I begin? We placed a large order for furniture on 6-10-20, a grand total of $3639.15. Note that this included the “5 year curly protection plan”. From that day on, this place has been full of excuses and an absolute disaster. We were patient, we were kind, we were understanding. We did not receive the first part of our furniture order till the end of August 2020, and the second half at the end of September 2020. I bought a mattress paid in full. We went to pick it up from the warehouse. the employee dropped it and I said way to go a hole. The owner said if I touch the bed I bought he'd call the police. All because I spoke my mind. So now I am left with no mattress over this.... Not good...

We ordered an Ashley dining room server on January 2nd and still have not received it. The item is paid in full and seems ridiculous to wait 4 months for a piece of furniture. We asked for a refund and were told we would have to pay a restocking fee! If there is no item what is there to restock?

Drove from Elgin to look at some furniture that we saw on your website and really liked. Walked in the store no one greeted us , walked right pass the sales person who was with another person and she never said a word to us. Walked around the store for maybe 10 minutes and then left, nothing like small town service or lack of.

Purchased a bedroom set with extra for delivery and “white glove” installation. Set was delivered with several dents and scratches with one corner of the bed frame looking like a dog chewed on it. After installation they realized it was missing the slats. Another person brought the slats out later (which were slats for another bed) and proceeded to put six wood screws through the slats and the bed completely ignoring the provided bolts that were left in a box on my night stand.
