I try to shop local...but I really need the furniture as I only have a mattress and three miscellaneous tables. I ordered 31 JANUARY...Curly got my money that day. I have only received my mattress/box spring which now sit on the deck. This has been a terrible experience. I HAVE BEEN "CURLED"

We had purchased 2 couches from Curlys. We had it delivered with the “white glove service”. When our product was delivered the delivery guys left a significant amount of damage to our door, drywall, trim, and also left mud all over the floors and walls. Ryon and Nick were the delivery guys and while moving the furniture into the house we heard them several times saying “who cares” and “it doesn’t matter they can repaint it”. I took my 80 year old mother to Curly's to purchase a lift chair recliner. There were several on their website but only one model in the store. The gal helping me told me it would take 14-20 weeks to get a different model. Wanting something sooner, we looked at two smaller recliners. One had a pullout lever to recline the chair but required the person to use their legs to put chair back into upright position. I explained that my mother didn't have the strength to operate the chair in that way. There was another chair that ha... read more

During Covid there is a longer wait for product to be delivered. I placed an order online about 2 weeks ago. I received a call from Curly’s and confirmed they received my order and told me about the long wait time and if I needed to look elsewhere or come in and pick something else out - WHICH HE SAID THEY REALLY DIDN’T HAVE MUCH IN STOCK! The store was very helpful with our search for a dining room set. It came in earlier than expected and the two guys, Patrick and Austin were amazing bringing it in my home and setting it up. They were very considerate and careful putting it together. Very nice guys.
