I had called and got a live person (yeah), service was exceptional. These guys know their products very well and for questions customer service couldn’t immediately answer, they quickly reached back to their techs. I own a 2018 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited and have several Custom Dynamics lights. In addition, I purchased two of the Windshield Trim Lights for my brothers Harley’s...awesome products, looks like an additional headlamp on the bike!
