Customer service is phenomenal! Ordered a product that isn't available at my local dealers yet, and the order was shipped out the same day. Great product too!
Product works as described if not better. Only issue I had was shipping was not impressed supposed to be UPS delivery did not come UPS. UPS dropped it off at USPS per their instructions from custom dynamics delivery which two days delayed and I had to go pick it up

Hello! Thank you for providing us with the feedback you did! We do offer a Best Method shipping option which leaves our facility via UPS and is then passed off to USPS for final delivery. We offer UPS delivery (UPS carries the package the entire time in transit) via UPS ground, 3 day, 2 day and overnight. These methods offer UPS delivery rather than USPS. I order the ne ProBeam taillight back on 3-19-18. It is now 5-1-18 and I still have not received it. I called and asked for a refund. The refund was issued immediately with no problem. It is my understanding that Custom Dynamics fills orders to their vendors first, then to their customers. They do have great duality products and customer service. Waiting over 2 months for a part is unacceptable.
