I've been using custom Dynamic products for years. They've been a leader in providing Innovative LED lighting that both improves the aesthetics and the safety of my bike. More importantly they have some of the best customer service that I've experienced in any industry. They've got a very solid warranty and they stand behind it. The investments that I have made in their products has been worth every penny.

I would like to thank the custom dynamic's crew at their tent in Daytona Beach during bike week this year. A HD shop ripped me off for $190.00, telling me my turn signal problem was caused by Custom Dyn's signal stabilizer. The Cus. Dyn. Crew found the real problem, my signals work fine and didn't charge me a fee. Thank you very much, great products and service, something you do not find at many HD shops these days.

I've purchased a lot of products from Custom Dynamics over the years, for several different machines. I recently had a reoccurring issue with one particular product, and after a quick dialogue with Jamie in the Customer Service dept, they quickly shipped me a replacement part, at no cost to me. Many retailers think the relationship with a customer ends when they hand them the receipt and they walk out the door, but excellent customer service and support is what keeps bringing customers back in the door. Fast shipping. I called with some questions and support was excellent! It would be nice if some quick disconnects where available for purchase. I don't give 5 stars, treating a customer as business should is 3 stars in my book. That is why I don't usually do surveys or ratings.
