I had a few questions before I purchased two plasma rods, so I called company. I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge the staff had. Very helpful and prevented me from ordering the wrong part. Once items arrived, directions were straight forward and plasma rods were top notch. Highly recommend this company and would puschase other products from them.
I had a Plasma Rod which had failed on my 13 Streetglide. I spoke to Spencer in customer service about my issue. I sent him pictures of the failing plasma rod. By that afternoon I had tracking information on a replacement! An excellent example of how a company should back their product. This also reinforced that I made the right decision when I purchased the ProBeam turn signals for 16 Streetglide.

Superb customer service. Was a bit disappointed receiving 2 defective turn signals, but CD corrected the situation quickly to my full satisfaction. Would happily use this company in the future.
I had a few questions which were all addressed professionally and courteously. I requested a pic of the plasma rod versus the truflex II with them being lit up, one was emailed to me in a couple hrs. Received the items I ordered and they were easy to install. These DRL turn signals are great and really light up the front of my motorcycle. The strobe controller works great for my break lights. Very happy with these!
