Great product and great service
I was had problems with one of the lights. I called and talked with Erin, I was asked a few questions and was told what I needed to do. I sent in everything she asked for, the replacement was sent to me before the same day. I appreciate the great customer service. I will continue to do business with them in the future
Great products and customer service
I ordered the Bullet Ringz turn signals and a Tri Bar tail light for my 2018 FLTRXS and received an email immediately stating that the Tri Bar light was on a production delay of 7 days and would be notified as soon as it was complete. Custom Dynamics kept me in the loop sending me emails of the process of my order several times and was apologetic for the delay. Received my order before their stated delay time.
