Leigh Anne was extremely helpful and clarified the parts that I needed to add strobing brake and tourpak lights. The parts are well made, require no wiring modifications, come with clear instructions and the installation was easily accomplished.
I bought a rear brake light for my Harley Freewheeler luggage rack .The install instructions were great. No issues. The light came with all the correct plugs and jumper. Good quality item.
I have replaced almost all of my lights on my 2021 FLHTK with Custom Dynamics products and have not thought twice about it. The best upgrades in lighting in my opinion.
My service advisor Ioana was excellent. Her response to my emails was faster than I have ever seen from a company your size or bigger. The turnaround time from my first email to resolution was just one day, that is crazy. Will definitely recommend your company not only for the excellent lighting equipment but the excellent customer service provided if needed.
I have quite a few CD products on my Road Glide, front and rear. Always receive great comments from all who ride in my group about my visibility. One of my passing lamps took a rock which broke the lense and one of the LED bulbs. I phoned CD to ask if they sell a single lamp and not a pair. I was informed that they no longer make this lamp, it was replaced by the ProBeam, but they would like to look at the lamp and see if they could repair it. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was phenomenal. Leigh Anne asked ALL the right questions and relayed ALL of it to Jacob in tech support. He found the answers to my dilemma and sent the proper harness with modifications already made to it to solve my problem.
Lights are awesome, i also installed the triple play. Very bright and eye-catching. I sure feel a lot safer on my HD.
Outstanding service, as always! I think this is my fifth purchase from CD. I usually have questions prior to the sale trying to be sure my jumble of lighting and wires will work together, and I get answers nearly immediately, and that are always right. Then if I have issues after an install, I get immediate answers to sort things out. Many times the answers were already in the CD FAQs, if I’d just look!
Customer service is amazing. Had some questions on lighting, sent email, got a phone call. Have not installed completely yet just rough in right now. But saving a few more dollars for more upgrades.
