Had a issue with a 4 year old turn signal lamp. Went to the Harley Dealer where I purchased them. They advised to call you. I called spoke with Alex who was great, he explained your process & Sent an E- mail within minutes. Alex & Jamie sent follow up E-mails with updates as soon as I sent them the requested info. I received the replacement lamp today. The process took about 5 days and includes me slowing it by not getting the info you right away. VERY IMPRESSIVE !!!!! Thank you!!

I bought the LED windshield trim for a 2014 Electra glide ultra. I wanted the bright white LED that changed to amber led turn signals. I was able to install with no issues. The instructions are extremely easy to follow. I love the way it looks and works flawlessly.
