Top notch, quick and efficient customer service. I placed an online order and inadvertently selected in-store pick up as my shipping method. Customer service was calling me the same business day to correct the problem and I received the product within 2 business days. Products are super easy to install as I know nothing about motorcycle wiring. I did it by myself with no assistance from the hubs!
Great customer service
Bought a tribar light for my 13 Street Glide from a third party and had issues after installing. After numerous emails with Jason, a replacement harness and phone calls with Paul troublshooting the issue, they not only sent me a replacement but upgraded me to the Gen2 free of charge! No questions asked. Can’t say enough great things about their customer service and their products.
I was supposed to have this in in 4 days, got this in 2 days. SUPER Fast shipping! Kim was so helpful with my order. Instructions was wonderful too, had this on my bike in 22 minutes for the front and back of my bike. I will be doing business again with Custom Dynamics AGAIN too!
