Bought a bike with Custom Dynamic filler lights already installed. One of the lights started to fail about a year later. Sent and email to the Custom Dynamics Customer service email and within 1/2 one of their technicians was on the phone with me. After a quick diagnosis and a couple of pictures they made the determination to replace the lights at no charge to me. Just had to pay shipping. Stand up company and they have great employees.

Great customer service Had a issue with one of rear light. I sent a picture of the issue and customer service got back to me ASAP. Ask me to do couple thinks to see if the issue would go away and it didn't so sent me a new rear light. Great customer service couldn't ask for a better company. You have a customer for life. Thanks
Couldn't ask for better service. Ordered a set of Amber TruFlex to complement my existing multi function TruFlex taillights. I had asked if the extra set of LED's would create enough draw to stop the "hyper flash" problem. Erin was quick to contact me and explain exactly what was required to remedy the issue.
