Received the kit in a timely manner, The kit came with a bad harness connector. Contacted CD on the following Monday and a new harness was shipped out the same day. This is the 4th CD item that I have installed on my bike.

Fantastic customer service. I had a small warranty replacement claim and even though I live in Canada i had the replacement that worked perfectly with 3 days. When I unpacked the item, it had a little tag that showed who pulled the order, who checked and who packed it. Its that attention to detail that makes the difference between good and great service. I definitely recommend the company and its products.
I was very appreciative with the communication I received from your customer service. I had purchased my LED lights from the local Harley dealership years ago but worked directly with you and within a couple of days I had my replacement LED lights on my bike. I'm now looking at adding the LED lights on the saddle bag. Thanks for your help on this.

We had a couple that didn't work, but you guys came through with shinning colors. Thank you for the way you handled this matter. I would have given you 10 stars if I could have !
First off, the lights I purchased are fantastic. That being said my only complaint is there was nothing in the install instructions that said the lights don't sit totally flush against the fork. This is due to the plastic shroud under the fairing. The lights did bolt up and function like they're supposed to, there's just a gap in between the actual light and the fork the thickness of that plastic shroud. No biggie, just would've been nice to know is all. I definitely plan on purchasing more products from you in the future. T... read more

I'm sorry to hear the units aren't sitting like you thought they would on the forks. Are you using wind deflectors of some sort? It sounded like the plastic shroud on the fork was causing the slight gap that you described and I just wanted to make sure I was understanding you right.
