We had to contact Custom Dynamics about a part (wiring) that wasn't working properly during installation. Disappointingly, they told us that we would need to send it back first so they could look at it before deciding whether they would replace it or not. We explained that our bike was disassembled and this was a brand new part, unused, and described how we determined that it was defective. Had a difficult time placing order with payment processing. Placed the order via the phone. Was getting a XXL tshirt for the hassle...was sent an XL instead...won't fit. Also, the bag lights didn't come with 3M adhesive promoter and had to search to find some at NAPA. Lights are awesome once installed!
