Had an issue with the Harley garage opener when the TruBeam 7" was connected. Custom Dynamics sent a part that fixes the issue immediately upon calling and reporting the problem. Working 100% now, thank you!
Had a turn signal lens with a few led's out. Emailed Customer service, and within 2 days they had a new lens in the mail for me. Super fast and courteous customer service.
I had purchased LED turn signals and LED tail light for my Harley back in 2009 and they have work flawlessly for almost 8 years now still going strong. This spring I noticed a few LED's in one turn signal cluster stopped working. I recalled that these LED lights had a lifetime warranty when I purchased them. Excellent product! Fit, form and function were spot on, installation was a breeze, literally plug and play. Many comments on the brightness of the lights, much better than the stock lighting. Installation was easy and they have installation videos available on just about everything they sell, highly recommend.
Custom Dynamics is very easy to deal with, they are prompt to get orders moving, they reply to any inquiries with out hesitation and keep people informed during process.
With the recommendation of a HD dealer, I purchased a set Dynamic turn signals. They arrived in a very timely manner and just dropped right in. One of the best investments I have made for any bike. The bright white forward signals are awesome and really aid in being seen. When signaling the amber LEDs are bright and very visible day or night. I highly recommend this product.
Purchased Custom Dynamics product from one of their retailers. Had a problem with some of the hardware included. Reached out to CD to take care of the concern and it was handled with the utmost diligence.
