The products that I ordered were easy to install and have worked just as they were advertised.
I had a Smart Triple Play Running Light and Turn Signal Conversion Module that went bad around 36 months. This product has a 5 year warranty. Called sales and customer service team who were awesome. They requested I send my module back to see if could be repaired and issued an RMA number. Within a couple of days they contacted me indicating that the module could not be repaired so they shipped me a new one. The whole process took less than a 5 business days. The sales and technical team at Custom dynamics are awesome. Both products I wanted were back ordered but they had the date they would ship, and the shipped the date they said. My only complaint it's made in China , I was under the impression they were made in America .
