received my order on day they stated would arrive, I think 7 days, lights for my road king, look great, easy to put on, looks fantastic, great service
Had a set of front Dynamic Ringz lights and after 5 years I had the white ring stop working. Called and obtained RMA for repair and a new light was sent within 2 days. Great service and response time !

I want to say, custom dynamics has been amazing! I had a problem with a light malfunction,in which I overnighted it to them to fix under warranty, and had them send it back overnighted.. it still didn't work, so they overnighted a brand new one, no questions asked, and I was up and running by the weekend! Thank you Jayme, Jennifer and Larry for making it happen.;)
Custom Dynamics stood behind their products..Customer service was awesome in handling all my issues & what they couldn't answer was transferred over to the Tech Dept whom answered any question I needed to throw at them.
