Very happy with the over the phone support that I received. The products work and look as good as advertised.. Disappointed in how frigele the materials used to make the stop lenses are.. they break off without the minimum weight applied to them during installation.. Super bridled material.. just on the LED lenses covers.. Everything else.. PERFECT 👍👍👍👍👍
Wanted to change indicators and tail lights to LED on my Harley. Very good communications, very helpful too. Even sent photos of parts to make it easier for me to identify what I needed. They also sent good links and explanations for alternative options. The customer services was outstanding. The products are literally Plug & Play. Just swap out old kit for new! I am delighted with the results I have.

Excellent experience with Jamie! First off, when I called it was closing time, but you never would have known it by the time Jamie spent with me. I wanted to change over to an LED lighting system and Jamie took the time, not only to explain the options I was asking for, but he also caught a conflict with my model and made sure I got the right part the first time. great product. Bought led lights for tri glide plug and play 15 min up and running. great product
Ordered TF05 license plate lights, little tough to place over the plate without crushing the wires, had to groove the plate and add a rubber spacer to be safe. Posi Taps worked GREAT, only problem was I needed 5 not 4, (brake/running light takes 2 with the splitter), ordered extras, ordered wrong ones AHHH. But all good, working well now, can't wait for warmer weather to try it out! GREAT people to work with!!! Highly recommend them and their products!!
