Great products and awesome customer service! I purchased a Magic Strobe which stopped working after the first week. Contacted customer service and spoke to a tech, after a few checks on the product and the bike determined the unit was faulty. They shipped a new Magic Strobe the same day. Everything works great now and they have a customer for life. Great company!
I had a problem with the finish on my Lights. I contacted Custom Dynamics, they asked a few general questions and requested photos of the item. Within one business day they resolved my issue and sent a replacement item.
When I called with questions about my products (LED turn signals, tail light, and flasher module) there was no question that could stump them. They were very helpful every step of the way to make sure I got what I needed. The products are awesome! all of the lights are very bright. I have not changed my headlights to LED yet and because of that, I can actually see my front running lights overpowering my head light beam on the road close to the bike! Your products are all out standing from quality to customer service. But your shipping can be better when I pay for a better shipping method and it goes UPS all good unroll it sits at there facility for2 days then they hand it off to the USPS and that's another 3 day because they delivered it to another place and it took me several hrs and 2 more days to find it .I believe the shipping was out of your hands when it left your door. But I did contact you and no one got back to me so I called to let you know I found it.

Always get what you pay for. I love good products that work and have great warranties. It is difficult enough wiring a motorcycle, and then having to replace faulty products that are cheaper. I have learned to use and trust Custom Dynamics LED's and install products on all of the bikes that I work on. I won't install anything else. I know if I do the job right, these lights will work, and work well. Quick shipping and quality lighting. You will get what you pay for.
